Lama Kalsang is still traveling this week and we will be running on a modified schedule until his return. Wednesday evening yidam practice is on hold. Thursday is Evening Tea Break at 7pm on Zoom. Saturday morning is Vajrasattva practice at 9am. This Sunday at 10am our practice will be 37 Practices of a Bodhisattva and Om Ah Hum.

Please be advised:  the CDC is currently listing our community hospital admission level of COVID as low. This is based on data for the week ending February 3, 2024. Masks remain optional for our in person practices at the center but we encourage you to please act with caution. We do ask that only fully vaccinated people come in to the center. We will be running the air purifier in the common area. If you are not feeling well or have had a recent exposure to COVID, please ensure that you are negative with a home test before coming in or to please join us online.

This Sunday at 10am our practice will be 37 Practices of a Bodhisattva and Om Ah Hum.

This Saturday, February 10, is Losar (Tibetan New Year 2151, Year of the Wood Dragon) and we will be doing Lama Chöpa practice for an auspicious start to the New Year. Following practice there will be a casual potluck, so please feel free to bring whatever healthy / vegetarian dish you may like!

As we noted during the annual meeting we have set up a form to gather responses and feedback from those who are able to offer their time and energy in volunteering to help take care of the many tasks and chores that keep TRTCC alive and growing. There is no obligation required – your response will help us to understand and coordinate our volunteer efforts.

Dear Dharma Friends,

This week we remain on a modified schedule. Lama Kalsang is in Boston assisting Lama Sonam, and will be away for several weeks. Wednesday evening yidam practice is paused until his return. He will join our weekend practices via Zoom as he is able.

Saturday morning is Vajrasattva practice. This Sunday our practice will include Achi Chokyi Drolma practice and 37 Practices of a Bodhisattva.

Our Annual Sangha Meeting will be held on Sunday, December 10th. We will be having a potluck lunch following a short break after practice. At the meeting the board will talk about what we have accomplished over the last year and what we hope to accomplish in years to come. There will be time for feedback from attendees and open discussion. Everyone is welcomeIf you are able to bring a vegetarian dish, fruit, or healthy snack for lunch on Sunday December 10th, please take a moment and let us know on the sign up sheet.
